Beginning at 6:30 PM and priced at $150 per guest, the evening starts with a refreshing Welcome Cocktail featuring Nikka Coffey Gin, setting the tone for an elegant culinary journey.

Each course highlights a distinct Nikka expression, starting with Nikka Days Whisky paired with vibrant Hamachi Crudo, followed by Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky alongside Seared Scallops with peach bacon jam and spring succotash. The experience continues with Nikka Coffey Malt Whisky and Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt matched with a rich Seared Duck Salad featuring figs, blackberries, and mushroom bread pudding.

The fourth course showcases Nikka Yoichi Single Malt and Nikichi Yoichi Single Malt 10 Year paired with Miso Apple Glazed Pork Belly, balancing smoky, sweet, and savory flavors. The evening concludes with Nikka Whisky from the Barrel served alongside a signature Townsend Dessert, creating a memorable finish to this refined pairing experience celebrating Japanese whisky and elevated seasonal cuisine.
